Milwaukee LATAM is seeking a results-driven Sourcing Lead for the North America region to define and develop MRO and indirect material procurement strategies for the Torreon facility. You will lead supplier qualification, RFQ/RFP processes, and supplier risk mitigation in collaboration with key stakeholders.
You will manage contracts, drive cost reductions, perform spend analyses, and monitor supplier performance with KPIs.
