H6690 MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IMG role at Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort and Casino
Job SummaryResponsible for the repair, maintenance and construction needs of the resort including plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling, cleaning, painting, drywall installation and repair, carpentry, flooring repairs (carpet, floor tile, wood), roof repairs (metal sheeting, roofing tile, shingles, silicone). Assist with maintenance work orders as requested.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Assist all Maintenance team members with repairs and construction projects.
- Keep all maintenance and construction areas clean at all times.
- Use PPE whenever needed.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any safety and maintenance issues.
- One year maintenance repair experience.
- Ability to work and interact with all IMG team members.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Can work in different environmental conditions (hot, cold, dust, wet, loud noise).
- Can work in confined spaces.
- Can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Can use a step ladder (climb up to 15 ft).
- High School Diploma or GED.
- One year maintenance experience or training.
- Valid NM Driver’s License.
