Duties
Help
* Exercise supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 30% of the time.
* Manage compliance requirements associated with the privatized housing program to evaluate performance including occupancy, maintenance, budget and financial controls, administrative procedures and resident relation as they comply with the transaction documents and increased compliance requirements IAW the FY20 NDAA
* Oversee and administrate the family housing referral programs by adhering to locally established policies and procedures, fostering effective liaisons with civil authorities, property owners and agents
* Participate in adminstration of financial management and validation of budget requirements for the housing programs
