Resilience Manager

As Resilience Manager at Rolls-Royce Power Systems, you will play a key role in the area of Business Continuity and Resilience Management. You will ensure that our company-critical business processes remain resilient and capable of action even in crisis situations.

Your main responsibilities:

• You will design, implement, and continuously develop the group-wide crisis management, including the creation of guidelines in collaboration with the relevant departments.
• You will develop and implement the resilience strategy in the area of Security & Resilience.
• You will prepare and actively participate in customer audits in the area of crisis management.
• You will create regular reports and maturity assessments for the management and other stakeholders.
• You will enable the contact persons in the company units (Business, Operational and Corporate Units – including worldwide subsidiaries) to successfully implement the requirements of crisis management.
• You will independently manage resilience projects and successfully implement them.

This includes in particular:

• You will conduct regular training and exercises for the crisis management organization and continuously develop them.
• You will accompany the crisis management processes and ensure the achievement of goals, for example through regular risk analyses and scenario planning to identify critical business processes and weaknesses as well as the derivation and implementation of corresponding measures.
• You will support the risk assessment and scenario planning as input for the group-wide risk management process.
• You will conduct lessons learned after events and ensure that the insights gained are incorporated into crisis management planning.
• You will support the group crisis management board and take over the leadership of the assistant team in the event of a crisis.

Qualifications – What we wish for:

• Completed studies in the field of Business, Engineering, Security Management or comparable qualifications
• Experience in Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management or Risk Management
• Knowledge of the DIN EN ISO 22301 standard is advantageous
• Profound analytical skills and structured working method
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in the transfer of knowledge
• Self-initiative, sense of responsibility and team capability
