Housing Coordinator Duties
Reviews and replies to all housing requests for employees and non-IHS employees.
Coordinates the operation, upkeep, and utilization of housing assets with other departments in order to assure timely maintenance, alteration, minor construction, painting, repairs and inspections.
Plans, implements, monitors and evaluates subordinates' work in quarter's assignment, inventor, cleanliness, and grounds maintenance.
Reviews and maintains the housing program budget for operation purposes.
Coordinates and distributes workload among subordinates and developing work schedules for the work unit.
