This is a full-time on-site role for a Press Operator located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting printing presses, ensuring products meet quality standards and production schedules. Key responsibilities include setting up and adjusting equipment, monitoring press operations, performing quality checks, maintaining production records, and adhering to safety protocols. The role also involves collaborating with team members to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.

• Experience with operating and maintaining printing press equipment, including performing adjustments and setup.
• Knowledge of quality control processes, troubleshooting, and machine diagnostics to ensure production standards are met.
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices and the ability to adhere to workplace safety protocols.
• Strong technical skills with attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors during production.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues efficiently and maintain productivity.
• Previous experience in corrugated packaging or a related field is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional technical or vocational training is advantageous.
• Physical capability to perform tasks requiring standing for extended periods, lifting, and moving materials.
