• Production Execution:
  Execute the production schedule in accordance with established guidelines. Operate Baumer equipment to glue buns and ensure efficient production.
• Quality Control:
  Monitor and adhere to product specifications, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality. Perform blade changes, stone changes, and other tasks to ensure product quality.
• Machine Setup and Operation:
  Set up machines according to guidelines, ensuring optimal performance. Operate printers to maintain the accuracy of data, bun numbers, and shift information.
• Data Management:
  Maintain statistical data and production logs updated throughout the shift. Report any inconsistency or nonconformance and participate in the corrective/preventive actions process.
• Maintenance and Repairs:
  Assist with machine maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Monitor MUV (Machine Utilization Value) and address any issues promptly.
• Cleanliness And Organization:
  Keep the work area clean, organized, and operational throughout the shift. Assure consumption of buns and environmental aspects and impact awareness.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Follow safety protocols and communicate with the supervisor regarding any non-conforming product. Stop production when necessary to correct quality problems.
• Mentorship:
  Mentor and support new employees during onboarding.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Other Duties:
  Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience operating Baumer equipment in a manufacturing environment, preferably in foam production.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for machine setup and maintenance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
