RODI is a manufacturer of Industrial water treatment systems and controls. We are seeking someone to manage inventory, assemble controllers, and work with panel builders on panels for treatment systems.

• Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Utilize hand tools and machinery safely and efficiently in the assembly process.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Document assembly processes and report any issues to supervisors.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent and technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multiple instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with hand tools and assembly equipment.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift and move items as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours or overtime when required.
