Location: Santa Teresa

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in precision metal fabrication, is seeking a CNC Press Brake Programmer to join their dedicated team. As a CNC Press Brake Programmer, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

$15.00 to $18.00

Shift

8am - 5pm

What's the Job?
  • Program CNC press brake machines using offline or onboard controls such as Amada, Trumpf, Bystronic, Cincinnati, or Delem controls.
  • Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine bending specifications.
  • Select appropriate tools, dies, and bending sequences to ensure precision and quality.
  • Set up machines, including tooling alignment and material positioning, to prepare for production runs.
  • Perform first‑piece and in‑process inspections using measuring tools to verify accuracy and quality standards.
What's Needed?
  • Proven experience programming and operating CNC press brake machines.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication processes.
  • Experience with precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and angle gauges.
  • Basic math and geometry skills with strong attention to detail and quality.
