Compensation & Benefits
Expected Pay Range: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour. This role may also qualify for a bonus and incentive program based on performance metrics. Eligible for benefits (see 2026-benefits-). Shift differential:

- Oversee all facility operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Manage operations to maximize capacity, reduce downtime, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Serve as the primary safety contact for the shift by identifying hazards, addressing incidents, and escalating concerns as needed.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Inventory teams to ensure sanitation, food safety, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor HACCP and GMP compliance, ensure accurate documentation, and support shipping and receiving activities, including BOLs and inspections.
- Lead, coach, and develop shift employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- One to two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; a four‑year degree preferred.
- Manufacturing experience required; food manufacturing experience a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with sound judgment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Work Environment Requirements
- Regular standing, walking, reaching, climbing stairs and ladders, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to push or pull equipment and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Required use of personal protective equipment including respirators, hearing protection, eye protection, and head protection.
- Exposure to wet or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, airborne particles, and cold environments, including refrigerated areas.
- The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
