Process Trainee/Apprentice/VIE

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the analysis of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.
• Participate in time studies and ergonomic assessments to optimize workstation layouts and improve productivity.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve process-related issues.
• Collect and analyze data to track process performance and identify trends.
• Assist in the training of production personnel on new processes and procedures.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of production control systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
