Responsibilities
- What We Expect From You:

• Equipping and operating CNC lathe machines in the production of bushings
• Implementing requirements from component drawings, manufacturing, and inspection plans
• Changing, presetting, and fine-tuning tools
• Independently inspecting components with hand or electronic measuring instruments
• Performing maintenance and monitoring activities as part of "Total Productive Maintenance" (TPM)
• Flexibility to learn additional qualifications within the cylinder liner bushing production

Qualifications
- What We Are Looking For:

• Training as an industrial mechanic - production technology, or a comparable 3.5-year training in a metal trade
• Several years of experience with CNC-controlled lathe machines
• High level of quality and sense of responsibility
• Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 is desirable
• Willingness to work shifts and occasionally on weekends
