Imaging Rep; On-Site

We are currently seeking an Imaging Rep to work on-site at our Edgewood facility. The role will entail ensuring all imaging processes meet required quality and production standards.

• Fully competent in all document review or imaging work in current area.
• Audit confidential client documents to ensure they meet client-specified standards.
• Prepare, scan and index confidential client documents to meet client-specific procedures, standards and SLA’s.
• Adhere to group quality and productivity standards (items/hr) while meeting departmental and corporate standards for overall quality and attendance.
• Receive training in other areas within the department and assist others as requested.
• Work on special projects given by Team Leader such as moving work into appropriate queue or handling special client requests.
• Assist in other areas if necessary.
• Assist in enhancement and system testing when requested.
• Act in team leader duties in leader’s absence.
• Perform other duties upon request.

Monday to Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm

$17.16 - $21.48 USD per hour depending on experience. Bonus eligible.
