¡Estamos buscando Supervisor(a) de Planta! Buscamos una persona líder, proactiva y con experiencia en supervisión de operaciones de planta, manejo de personal y cumplimienta de procesos operativos.
Funciones principales- Supervisar las operaciones diarias de planta.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de tiempos y procesos.
- Liderar equipos de trabajo y seguimiento de indicadores.
- Velar por el orden, productividad y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad.
- Experiencia en supervisión de planta u operaciones.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
- Manejo operativo y seguimiento de procesos.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en Siberia – vía Funza.
