Manufacturing Trainee/Apprentice/VIE

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the daily monitoring and analysis of production line performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Participate in problem-solving activities and root cause analysis for production issues, including quality defects and downtime.
• Help maintain accurate production records, including output, scrap, and efficiency data.
• Collaborate with production operators and supervisors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to work instructions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing production flow and reducing waste.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company policies.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions regarding production planning and execution.
