Responsibilities
- What We Expect From You:

Organization and ensuring timely delivery of all products

Responsibility for smooth and economical order processing in coordination with all relevant interfaces

Internal disposition and processing of orders as well as coordination of production processes

Approval of production orders after ensuring material and resource availability

Ensuring, complying with, and actively exemplifying the requirements from integrated management systems (including safety engagement, KVP, ISO standards, ESD regulations)

Deployment planning and training of employees; disposition of plant and machinery occupation considering capacity, qualification, and deadline requirements

Technical support for disturbances and problems at plants and machines as well as participation in the optimization of production processes and techniques

Technical guidance of employees, fine-tuning of work processes in the group, correction of erroneous material movements after feedback

Implementation of shopfloor management (key figures, deviation management, measure tracking) as well as initiating and following up on changes in drawing and part list errors

Qualifications
- What We Wish For:

You have a completed training as an electrician and further education as a master or technician or a comparable qualification
Several years of solid professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in flat assembly production (SMT and THT technology), combined with a high sense of quality and responsibility
Excellent communication skills, decision-making ability, as well as an independent, structured, and meticulous working style
High flexibility and resilience
Experience in the technical and ideally also disciplinary leadership of employees
Motivating demeanor, assertiveness, and negotiation skills
Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
Basic knowledge of English desirable
Willingness to work shifts
