Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Stanco
- Maintenance to join their team. As a Stanco
- Maintenance, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** 2nd Shift, 3:00pm - 11:00pm with OT

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform routine maintenance on metal stamping, laser, turret, and paint line equipment

+ Assist with troubleshooting and repairing machinery to minimize downtime

+ Ensure safety protocols are followed during all maintenance activities

+ Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives within the maintenance team

* + No prior experience required; training will be provided

+ Ability to follow safety guidelines and procedures

+ Strong work ethic and dependability

+ Good communication skills and teamwork orientation

+ Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
