• - Production Scheduling:
• - Develop and maintain a comprehensive production schedule for the Bun Process, taking into account production capacity, resource availability, and customer demand.
• - Collaborate with production managers, supervisors, and other relevant stakeholders to understand production requirements and constraints.
• - Resource Allocation:
• - Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of raw materials and resources required for the Bun Process.
• - Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• - Communication:
• - Communicate the production schedule to relevant departments, including production, maintenance, and quality control.
• - Act as a liaison between different teams to address any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
• - Monitoring and Reporting:
• - Monitor the progress of the Bun Process against the production schedule and identify any deviations.
• - Generate regular reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
• - Continuous Improvement:
• - Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the Bun Process.
• - Work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance overall production performance.
• - Collaboration:
• - Collaborate with the demand planning team to align production schedules with customer demand forecasts.
• - Coordinate with maintenance teams to schedule routine maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.
• - Adherence to Safety and Quality Standards:
• - Ensure that production schedules adhere to safety and quality standards.
• - Collaborate with the quality control team to implement and maintain quality checks within the production schedule.

• - High school diploma required, college education preferred
• - Proven experience in production scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Proficiency in scheduling software and ERP systems.
• - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• - Knowledge of safety and quality standards in production processes.
