Manufacturing Engineer

• Serve as the subject matter expert for CNC machines, routers, waterjets, saws, robotics, and PLC-controlled equipment.
• Develop and enhance manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions.
• Lead process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Program, troubleshoot, and support manufacturing equipment and automation systems.
• Support new product launches and process implementation projects.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams to improve operational performance.
• Develop training and apprenticeship programs to support workforce development.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent manufacturing experience).
• 3-5 years of manufacturing engineering or process improvement experience.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment, fabrication processes, and production support.
• Knowledge of CNC machinery, PLC-controlled equipment, automation systems, and continuous improvement methods.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

$77,000 - $88,000 annually
