Monti, Inc. is seeking an Epoxy Technician/Operator to apply epoxy powder to ferrous and non-ferrous metals and to grind edges for smooth finishes. You will prep substrates, heat in ovens, dip parts into epoxy powder, and inspect for proper adhesion and dimensions according to blueprints.
This role requires strict safety adherence, 6S standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team. Overtime may be required to meet production schedules;
