• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, observe condition, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care under the direction of a Registered Nurse, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.

Must be a graduate of an approved school for vocational nursing and currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse, or be pending licensure. Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
