Overview

Clayton Nursing and Rehab is currently hiring day‑shift Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). This position offers a pay‑in‑lieu‑of‑benefits program that can increase pay by up to $4 per hour, $5,000 sign‑on/retention bonus, and a range of benefits. The Certified Nursing Assistant works alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to directly impact patients’ and residents’ quality of life by assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs). The role also ensures that patients, residents, and families receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere that recognizes individual needs and rights.

• Successful completion of a state‑approved CNA program and current certification required.

Posted Salary Range: USD $19.00 – $24.20 per hour. Bonus: USD $5,000.00
