Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - 4 Day Work Week - New Grads Welcome
Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire
Setting: Community Health Center / Primary Care
Location: Clayton, NM
Schedule: Full-time, Tues-Fri, 8am-5pm
Pay: $120,000-$150,000 plus a full benefits package and up to $15,000 relocation assistance and potentially eligible for HRSA and other student loan repayment programs!
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
- Conduct patient assessments, physical exams, and preventive screenings
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests and lab results
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and therapies per New Mexico regulations
- Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment, and prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with physicians and care team members to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives
- Support access to care for underserved populations
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program - new grads welcome to apply!
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of New Mexico
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking skills, communication and patient education
- Passion for serving medically underserved populations
- BLS certification
