Job OverviewWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract assignment within a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist residents with daily living activities while supporting the nursing team in delivering high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support mobility, transfers, and positioning of patients
- Measure and record vital signs as directed
- Observe and report changes in resident condition
- Provide basic patient comfort and safety measures
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Follow infection control and facility safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with nursing staff and healthcare teams
Start Date:
06/15/2026 End Date: 09/21/2026
- Shift: Extended Day Shift
- Shift Time: 06:00 AM 06:30 PM
- Contract Length: 15 Weeks
- Guaranteed
Hours:
36 per week
- Active CNA certification
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
