We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse (RN or LPN) in Alcalde, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan.

This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care being provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come.

This patient is a Low Acuity patient, and they need three hours of care a month with standby assist.

Schedule:

the patient doesn't have a preference regarding the time or day or time, schedule can be worked out between the nurse and the patient.

• Advocate for the patient and provide one‑on‑one care as needed.
• Administer patient care in accordance with the physician’s established care plan.
• Collaborate with Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, Case Managers, and the patient’s physicians.
• Ensure all care activities are documented accurately.

Offers are contingent upon passing a background check.

$28 - $50 an hour
