Option 1: 40-Hour Work WeekGross Weekly Pay: $3,126
Estimated Net Weekly Take-Home: $2,562
Weekly Taxable: $1,880 ($47/hr)
Tax-Free Lodging Allowance: $770/week
Tax-Free Misc. & Incidentals: $476/week
Overtime Rate: $71/hr (for any hours worked over 40)
Gross Weekly Pay: $3,694
Estimated Net Weekly Take-Home: $2,959
Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Circulate and/or scrub surgical cases, maintaining strict sterile fields and patient safety protocols.
Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical tech team.
Coordinate immediate pre‑ and post‑operative patient care requirements.
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of recent experience as an Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (ADN or BSN).
License: Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license from ANY U.S. state.
Certifications: Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
