Registered Nurse (RN) – School Nurse

Cedar Park Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide nursing services for a school district.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN seeking a consistent weekday schedule while making a meaningful impact on student health and wellness.

There will be local travel between district schools

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students in a school setting

• Assess and respond to student health concerns and emergencies

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and district policies

• Maintain accurate health records and documentation

• Collaborate with school administrators, teachers, parents, and healthcare providers

• Monitor and support students with chronic health conditions

• Promote a safe and healthy school environment

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Current BLS/CPR certification

• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a school setting

• School nursing experience preferred but not required

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday

• Day shift

• Approximately 37.5 hours per week

• Follows the school calendar

• No nights or weekends
