• Patient:
  Low Acuity, requires eight hours monthly with standby assist
• Schedule:
  
  Flexible; to be arranged with the nurse and patient
• Compensation: 1099 contract; no expiration for benefit and opportunity to build lasting relationships
• Responsibilities: administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan; advocate for the patients; collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and the patient’s physicians
• Qualifications:

• Background check required
