Location: Pecos
Ambercare Hospice in Santa Fe, NM is seeking a compassionate LPN/LVN to join our newly restructured team. This role offers a chance to contribute to a refreshed, patient-centered hospice program focused on comfort and support for patients and families.
You will provide direct patient care, follow the plan of care, document services accurately, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Prior home health or hospice experience is preferred; CPR certification is required.
