Travel Nurse Source is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified PACU/Pre-Post Op RN in Santa Fe, New Mexico, 87505!

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 4 x 10-hour rotating shifts | 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Projected Start: 06/29/2026
Key Responsibilities- Obtain and record initial patient assessments, establishing care priorities based on patient age, symptoms, and psychosocial needs
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized, measurable plans of care consistent with nursing standards
- Reassess patients systematically to identify trends and changes requiring clinical intervention
- Make comprehensive nursing decisions based on interpretation of patient data and modify the plan of care accordingly
- Participate in patient and family health education and discharge planning, documenting timely interventions
- Float within surgical services as required and perform Point of Care testing procedures
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current New Mexico RN license or active Compact state license
- Current BLS certification via American Heart Association (AHA)
- Current ACLS certification via AHA
- Current PALS certification via AHA
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in PACU or surgical services
- National professional nursing certification or additional nursing education (BSN or MSN)
- Experience floating within a surgical services department
