Emergency Room Registered Nurse

Emergency Room Registered Nurses are responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ER setting. They must assess, stabilize, and treat patients while collaborating with medical teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on severity.
• Administer medications, perform interventions, and monitor patient responses.
• Document clinical findings accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to coordinate treatment plans.
• Follow facility protocols and maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide compassionate patient education and support families as needed.

Qualifications:

• Possess a current RN license in the state of practice prior to start date.
• Hold a minimum of 2 years of full-time ER or Critical Care experience.
• Maintain current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• Demonstrate proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
• Show proof of at least two professional references.
• Be willing to work 12-hour night shifts (19:00-07:00).
