CNA – LTC​/SNF

CNA Opportunity in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility

Seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA for a long-term care/Skilled Nursing Facility. The role involves providing quality patient care in a rural hospital setting on a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Document patient care activities accurately using Point Click Care or Cerner systems.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort by adhering to facility protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
• Comply with all licensing, certification, and training requirements, including BLS and NM CNA licensure.
• Float within hospital or to affiliated facilities as needed, following policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NM or compact CNA license in hand at the time of submission.
• Possess 1+ year of CNA experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Be flexible to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including days and nights.
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical charting, specifically with Cerner, since October 2022.
• Be able to work some holidays and weekends as required.
• Provide two professional references.
