Giving Home Health Care is seeking compassionate RN or LPN professionals to provide in-home care in Coyote Canyon (4 hours) and Naschitti (8 hours), NM, following physician-approved care plans.
The role is a 1099 contract position with approximately 12 hours of weekly care at the patient’s residence. Travel between locations is required to deliver personalized care and coordinate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians.
