Location: Truth or Consequences
Tender Care Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for full-time or PRN roles to provide direct patient care in home settings.
You will implement care plans, document progress, educate patients and families, and coordinate with RNs and other disciplines to ensure quality, compliant care.
