Giving Home Health Care in Chimayo, NM seeks a compassionate RN or LPN to provide in-home patient care under a physician-established plan. This is a 1099 contract opportunity with visits at the patient’s residence; 4 hours of monthly care, two visits of 2 hours on Tue/Wed/Thu.
You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians. Licensure, CPR, TB test, and background check are required. Compensation ranges $30–$55 per hour.
