We are looking for a compassionate HHA or CNA in Hernandez, NM to administer patient care in accordance with a physician‑established care plan. This role is a 1099 contract opportunity, with care at the patient’s residence. Once patients are accepted, the benefit has no expiration, allowing caregivers to build lasting relationships with patients for years to come.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

• Work with the patient in their home to provide one‑on‑one service in a comfortable and familiar setting.
• Assist with patients’ activities of daily living and personal care.
• Light housekeeping.
• Meal preparation.
• Monitor vitals (vital signs, temperature, respiration, etc.) according to the plan of care.
• Remind patient to take medication as prescribed.
• Maintain records and documentation of services.
• Communicate with the patient’s family, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health and care of the patient.
• Ability to monitor vital signs.
• Dependable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.
