ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care in the patient’s residence in accordance with a physician‑established care plan. Responsible for administering medication, monitoring vital signs, documenting care, and providing mandatory standby assistance as needed.
QualificationsMust hold an RN or LPN credential and must be fluent in Spanish. Ability to work 20 hours per week (Monday–Friday, 4 hours per day, early‑to‑mid‑morning) and provide mandatory patient standby assistance.
Compensation and BenefitsThis is a 1099 contract position with care delivered at the patient’s home. Once accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, allowing caregivers to build lasting relationships with patients for years to come. Competitive compensation is provided.
