Registered Nurse - Dialysis

Responsibilities

• Patient Care:
  Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment by conducting physical assessments, monitoring patients during treatment, and documenting care activities.
• Medication Management:
  Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications according to physician orders.
• Teamwork:
  Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care planning, while maintaining appropriate staffing levels under supervision.
• Safety and Compliance:
  Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and quality care, participating in staff meetings and ongoing education.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, strong teamwork and communication abilities, adherence to safety standards, and knowledge of renal care practices.
