Responsibilities

Lincoln County Medical Center is seeking compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented Registered Nurses to join our combined Medical-Surgical and Intensive Care Unit. As a Critical Access Hospital serving the beautiful mountain community of Ruidoso, New Mexico, our nurses have the unique opportunity to care for a diverse patient population while developing skills across both Med/Surg and Critical Care settings. Our unit consists of 12 Medical-Surgical beds and 6 Intensive Care beds, providing nurses with a broad scope of practice and the opportunity to expand their clinical expertise through cross-training opportunities between Med/Surg and ICU.

  • Work in a combined 12-bed Med/Surg and 6-intensive Care unit
  • Opportunity to cross-train between Medical-Surgical and Intensive Care nursing

Qualifications
  • Education:

    Minimum Associate Degree:
    Degree from accredited academic nursing program preferred
  • Education specialization:

    Nursing
  • Credentials:
    Registered Nurse-NM State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
  • Academic Preparation: BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire.
