Location: Pojoaque
Giving Home Health Care in Pojoaque, NM is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to administer patient care at the patient''s home under a physician established care plan. This 1099 contract role involves 10 hours weekly, with visits on Saturdays and Sundays.
You will collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, case managers, and physicians, document care, monitor vitals, and educate patients and families. RN rate up to $50/hr; LPN up to $35/hr; background check required.
