Procedures Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting resident conditions, performing wound care, assisting with admissions and discharges, supporting activities of daily living, responding to changes in resident status, collaborating with physicians, RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other interdisciplinary team members, maintaining accurate electronic medical records, reinforcing resident and family education, ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards, and providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to promote residents' health, comfort, and well-being.
