Nurse Practitioner - Call Center

Team Health is seeking a quality-driven nurse practitioner to join our call solutions remote telephonic clinical call coverage team for weekend day coverage.

Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, providing weekend day clinical telephonic call coverage for skilled nursing facilities, with excellent support and training, and autonomy. Compensation is estimated range of $60 - $60 hourly.

• Triage, implement, and adjust individualized care plans based on patient needs
• Coordinate care to optimize and improve patient outcomes
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in a team approach
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations

• Multiple state NP licenses are required; candidates with active New Mexico, Nevada, Washington, and Kansas NP licenses are strongly preferred
• Ability to obtain and maintain additional state licenses as needed
• Experience in post-acute and/or telephone triage required
• Strong clinical foundation and knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a positive outlook
• Weekend availability required
