RV Resort Attendant

Angel Fire Resort is seeking Outside Grounds Attendants for our RV Resort. This position will contribute to the overall success of the RV resort by carrying out different landscaping duties, tending to the cabins and bathhouse, and keeping the resort clean. This will consist of preparing sites for guests, completing some housekeeping duties, picking up trash, and valeting guests around the resort.

The successful candidate will have an eye for neatness, will be ready to work outside doing light manual labor, and will strive to give the guests a positive experience.

Base Pay:Starts at $17/hr

Attendance:Regular, predictable, punctual, and in-person attendance is essential, includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Environment:This is an outdoor position and applicants can expect to work long hours in variable weather conditions while performing heavy work (must be able to lift/move up to 100 pounds occasionally, up to 50 pounds frequently, and up to 25 pounds constantly)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Prepares site for guests by picking up trash, mowing, arranging site
• Maintains grounds daily by pulling weeds, picking up trash, trimming plants etc.
• Valets guests around the resort and help with directions or general resort questions
• Sweeps, mops, washes windows, takes out the trash, and wipes down surfaces of bathhouse, gate house and club house
• Takes care of and keeps track of tools and equipment, and reports and equipment issues to manager
• Maintains trash at dumpsters
• Carries out any tasks assigned by manager on a daily basis
