Job Description

The Campus Grounds & Landscape Manager is a full-time leadership position responsible for the appearance, functionality, and continual improvement of Glorieta Adventure Camps' 400-acre developed campus within a 2,000+ acre mountain property.

The position is responsible for maintaining over 400 developed acres of guest-facing property including athletic fields, lodging areas, gathering spaces, pathways, landscapes, irrigation systems, and outdoor recreation areas.

Responsibilities include turf management, landscaping, irrigation systems, campus appearance standards, pedestrian snow removal, and outdoor guest spaces.

This role requires someone who enjoys developing people just as much as improving landscapes. Candidates who prefer independent work over team leadership may find this role challenging.
