Jobot is seeking a hands-on Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations on the shop floor in Santa Teresa, NM. You will own quality issues from launch through production, drive root-cause analysis, and implement CAPA to prevent recurrence.
You will lead APQP activities for new programs, support PPAP submissions, PFMEA, and control plans, and monitor key metrics while partnering with operators and leadership to enable continuous improvement.
