Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, dependable bartender to join our restaurant team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, provides attentive service, and can help create a welcoming experience for both hotel guests and local customers.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and serving beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages

Taking drink and food orders and accurately processing payments

Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area

Following responsible alcohol service procedures and all applicable liquor laws

Assisting with opening, closing, stocking, and general restaurant duties as needed

Working cooperatively with servers, kitchen staff, and other team members

Previous bartending or restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Applicants must meet all New Mexico requirements for serving alcohol.

This is a part-time position with evening hours. Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
