Location: Dona Ana
Dollar General - - - Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire and retain qualified employees; ensure store is properly staffed.;
Provide training for employees; conduct performance evaluations; address gaps; termination when needed.;
Open and close the store as required; personally open at least two times per week and close at least two times per week.;
Review ordering plan and inventory management; maintain in-stock targets and perform cycle counts.;
Maintain accurate inventory and cash controls; ensure cashier accountability and store security.
