Location: Field

We’re seeking a District Manager to lead at least 15 store teams across the assigned area, ensuring profitability, outstanding customer service, and a safe, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the success and profitability of stores while ensuring outstanding customer service and a safe, compliant work environment.
  • Oversee the execution of merchandising, operations, and expense control programs.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor store managers to meet and exceed business objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  • Source, recruit, hire, and develop store managers within the district to build a high‑performing team.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and expense management to meet company goals, and develop and fulfill short‑ and long‑term objectives.
  • Implement established processes and programs, ensuring operational consistency across the district.
  • Promote a culture of safety and compliance, conducting regular audits as needed.
  • Manage operational budgets and optimize store performance.
  • Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
  • Champion a customer‑first mindset across the district, setting high and consistent standards.
  • Travel up to 50% of the time with occasional overnight stays to support and oversee store operations across the district.
Qualifications and

Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.
  • At least 5 years of retail experience with at least 2 years of multi‑store experience.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, along with the ability to build an effective team.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and present information and focus on results.
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and decision‑making skills.
  • Human resources and asset protection knowledge.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Process management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 55 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height.
  • Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.

Location:

Mesa, Arizona, FLDAZ.

In addition to the above, as a manager you may be required by the local jurisdiction where a store is situated to provide detailed background information necessary to obtain a license to sell alcoholic beverages or tobacco products. Failure to comply can result in demotion or separation of employment.
