    Implement local marketing initiatives and build strong relationships with the community to enhance brand presence and attract new customers.

    Stay current with industry trends and competitor activities. Identify opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to enhance store operations.
  • Additional duties and projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
  • Leadership

    Skills:

    Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Customer‑Centric: A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Tech‑Savvy:
    Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
Minimum Requirements

Assistant Store Manager – open availability including opening and closing hours (mornings, days, nights). Minimum standard work week of 5 days, average 44 hours (increased during peak sales periods such as Holiday and Back‑to‑School). Supervisor – availability during opening and closing hours, minimum 5 days of availability, minimum standard of a 30‑hour work week.

All Management Availability on weekends and holidays. Punctuality and regular attendance consistent with company policies are required. Reliable transportation. Must speak English clearly, read and write English, and perform business‑related mathematics. May require ability to relocate within the company's network.

Physical Demands
  • Requires prolonged standing approximately five to 14 hours per day. During peak sale periods, work for long periods throughout a one to 12 hour day.
  • Requires stooping and kneeling to place merchandise, reaching, pulling to obtain or stock merchandise.
  • May be required to climb ladder or ascend/descend stairs to stock and/or acquire merchandise for sale.
  • Required to lift items weighing 5–25 lbs regularly; weights may be higher in some circumstances.
  • Must have good vision including color differentiation.
  • The work environment is a moderately noisy retail setting.
