As a Merchandise Operations Associate, you will assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling. You will support the store’s sales, profitability, and customer experience through daily operational tasks.

• Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers
• Handle merchandise transfers and process inbound/outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and in‑store customer orders
• Place merchandise to meet store standards
• Implement price changes, reticketing, and product signage when marked
• Process reticketing, damages, mark‑out‑of‑stock, and other inventory control tasks
• Back‑stock merchandise and maintain a well‑organized stockroom
• Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to set sale events and signage while ensuring standards are followed
• Assist with the set‑up and take‑down of in‑store events and activations
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Flexibility to handle competing tasks with a “win together” mentality
• Basic proficiency with the Microsoft Office Product Suite
• Physical ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary Range: $17.05 – $21.32 per hour (market, experience, and qualifications may affect starting pay). Compensation varies by geographic location.
